Many are wondering if their will be a Santa Shootout this year. Heard rumors that it will be only the Longhorn Shootout. If so, a lot of our kids want be able to race...

We have a bunch here in Slaton wanting to know the same thing. Most of our guys plan all year to make the race.

Are we not running Kids flat kart clones?? I see they are running flat head gold plate. Most everyone has clones on there kids karts. Was also wondering why Flat heads are running a restrictor plate at this age. A restrictor plate will make racing boring for most of our kids that are used to running with no restrictors.....just asking

Kelly, we clocked a restricted FH on our full 1/8 mile a few weeks ago at a low 12 second lap. These kids get moving. The kart we timed was running on the bumper of an adult clone that is very fast and consistent. But if there are kid clones out your way I think they should try to get them on the list.
